The Stress-Free Essential Oil Collection includes one 10ML Bottle of the following Blends: Relax, Sleep, and Unwind.

These blends reduce stress and anxiety by powerfully soothing and uplifting the mind and body. These oils can be inhaled, diffused, applied topically, and used for cleaning.

Sleep Blend helps to relax the mind and body and relieve insomnia. It has an earthy floral aroma and is a combination of lavender, chamomile, orange, copaiba, sandalwood, white lotus, vetiver, blue tansy, patchouli, ylang ylang, and bergamot oils. 

Relax Blend is a  calming and relaxing floral oil.  It contains vetiver, rose, lavender, jasmine,  basil, and bergamot oils. 

Unwind Blend encourages calmness and clarity of body, mind, and soul. It contains Balsam Copaiba, Geranium, Lavender, Eucalyptus & Clary Sage Oils. 

How to Use:

DIFFUSE: Diffuse your oil blend by adding 3-5 drops per 100ml of water to an oil diffuser.

BODY: Use your blend topically by diluting 4-6 drops in 20ml (2 Tbsp) of carrier oil. It can be applied to the pulse points for mood-boosting effects.

Add 5-10 drops to a warm bath.

HOME: Make an uplifting and air-freshening linen and room spray by adding 15 drops of patience essential oil blend to 1 cup of water in a spray bottle. Shake well before misting the air, curtains, furniture, shoes, clothing, towels, sheets and your classroom.
